How to Buy: Products

How to Buy Products: There are several methods customers can use to purchase a Solar Innovations® product from our Pennsylvania based manufacturing facility.

1. Through our Dealer Network

Working with a dealer may be a possibility depending on a customer’s geographical location, if they wish to have local representation.  Solar Innovations, Inc. has an extensive network of dealers throughout the United States who have experience in the glazing industry as well as working with our products. The customer and their project will be referred to the dealer who will then work directly with the customer throughout the entire process if this option is selected. A dealer is often able to visit the job site and work one-on-one with the customer aiding in design, local permits, and the product’s installation. Any future service work or product upgrades will be directed to the dealer.

2. Working with an Outsides Sales Representative

Glaziers, general contractors, or architects who have an outside sales representative can work with that party to ensure they receive the best product information and communication experience possible.  Customers who work with outside sales representatives are welcome to contact their Solar Innovations, Inc. project manager directly.

3. Direct from our Factory Sales Representative

Customers within a 6 hour radius that require installation assistance, or those who plan to act as their own purchasing agent, can work directly with the factory based Solar Innovations, Inc. representatives. Any customer who chooses to work directly with Solar Innovations, Inc. without a general contractor or glazier will be required to sign off on their product quote and drawings. This option is best suited for clients who will be purchasing SI Installation Services or  are working with a GC or glazier for installation.

4. For Architects, General Contractors or Glaziers

We will work with you and the product owner/end user to ensure a favorable experience is had by all.   Specifications, quotes, drawings, and more can be directed to you, rather than the owner to ensure you are able to review each step of the process with them; or if they choose, act on their behalf. Architects, general contractors, or glaziers often operate in a fashion similar to #3, and are the customer of Solar’s factory sales representatives.

Please note: Solar Innovations, Inc. requires all quotes and drawings be directed to and approved by the party who will be issuing project payments.  For additional details, please contact your Solar Innovations, Inc. representative.
