Project Description

This straight eave, pyramid conservatory with four straight eave, double pitch dormers (each with one gable end), two interior walls, and one pyramid lantern is located on a residential property in New Jersey.

The conservatory features a White Duracron frame finish, and uses LoE 272 insulated glazing. It has 4 two-bay, insulated eave vents, 19 insulated casement windows, and 4 out-swing french doors. The conservatory also has decorative aluminum extruded rake molding on the gable, a traditional profile grid with fixed perimeter, and eight decorative downspouts.
